Estrication Stage – Rozzano (Milano) A Spenser technician explained the correct use of the KED (Kendrick Extricator Device) and spinal-board; at this course participated Volunteers representing of fifteens Volunteer Milan Assosiations

Verbano Flood – Omegna (Novara) Help to the local people (food, clothes, heaters, etc.); works to give back security to the connecting road with the mountain farmhouses demaged by landslide
